*** New occupants 18 yrs of age or older must complete an application, pay a $50 application fee, provide valid photo identification and pass a credit and criminal background check per our rental criteria prior to moving into the home. Failure to get management approval for an occupant prior to residency is a violation of the lease and grounds for termination.
