Due to a nationwide labor shortage, the response time for non-emergency repairs, local vendor recommendations, & cosmetic requests can take up to two-weeks.

What Not To Expect
Routine maintenance is not included. Renters are responsible for the general upkeep of the home, including pest control, yard care, & minor plumbing such as clogged drains. The home must be kept safe & sanitary according to the lease provisions & housing ordinances. Cosmetic requests and damages are at the expense of the renter & dependent on management approval.
