HOW DO I REQUEST REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE?

Contact our service partner Latchel via phone or text message at: (239) 946-5172

After submitting your first request, Latchel will provide you with a unique login. Click the link provided via text to track progress, schedule, or chat with a facilities coordinator.

HOW DO I PAY RENT?

Rent payments are accepted online via ACH (electronic check), Debit Card, Credit Card, or by visiting a participating retailer and paying cash using the walk-in payment system (WIPS).

  • ACH = Free

  • DEBIT = $3.95 to $9.95 Processing Fee

  • CREDIT = 2-5% Processing Fee

  • WIPS = $3.99 Transaction Fee (Daily Payment Limit Applies)

HOW DO I ACCESS THE RESIDENT PORTAL?

Your resident portal can be accessed using the link below or downloading the RentCafe Resident app from the Apple App Store or Google Play for Android.
